At our school, The Crane Skilling and Vocational Institute in Mbarara, Uganda, we offer a variety of opportunities for exploration and growth in the hospitality industry, each providing a government awarded certificate for successful completion.

Our Programs include:

 

• 3 month vocational training - a variety of modules can be selected from topics including cooking, baking, salon, housekeeping, computers and more.

• 1 year program - includes many areas of food service, including food preparation, computer training, Swahili, and life skills, along with a 3 month internship program at one of several local hotels.

• 2 year program - offers more advanced hospitality skills training, including a 3-month hotel-based training internship.
